Refunds Are Offered On Purchases Deemed Defective Or The Wrong Item Is Sent On Part Of Intimate Details Inc. You Have (24-48) Hours To Initiate Process To Receive A Refund Or Store Credit.
To be eligible for a Refund Or Store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If item(s) are found to be defective within 10 days of purchase, we will issue a Refund or Store Credit.

Please send the order number your name and nature of defect along with a picture of defective item. Once the item is returned (the customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back to us) We will promptly issue a Refund Or Store Credit once return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging included.
